Not super big job, but great job. Very well maintained building, loves our work. Kicked out a couple other companies prior to us. Manager first year followed us around about an hour, went to her office, put her feet up and said "you're our new carpet cleaners forever".

Little over 4200 Sq feet. 1.5 hour drive, EVERYTHING picked up and out of the way. Prevaccumed for us..... 38 cents Sq foot. Hot water extraction only allowed.... In and out in 2 hours with 2 vans and 3 of us!

$1750... Good money!

More pics later... Cooling down with a beer at the local casino Resort!

These ladies have gotten lazy. I'll run into them sometime next week and I know they're going to say they didn't vacuum because I always do anyway.

I can deal with them not vacuuming (even though the service list they leave on every job clearly stated they've vacuumed), but if they create extra work for me by not even picking up debris, then I'll always call them out on it every time!

We did a fairly large one yesterday as well 12k sf. I Had planned on using 2 trucks as well but lead tech was in hospital last week and directed to be on bed rest for an entire week. So I had to pull it off with a brother in law that worked 52 hours helping me out this week so we single wanded the entire thing and still managed to complete it in 11 hours with 1/2 lunch break and 1 hour trip to fill water tank, so not bad not bad at all. No where near .38 psf but only .18 psf and I was happy with that!

Here are some more pics from yesterday.

The entry carpets are actually tires that are cut and stacked on edge. If they have a stain, they are going to keep a stain! Kind of crazy as your wand even with a glide sounds like it is hitting rumble strips.
