One of our jobs today was a beautiful sprawling 21,000 sq ft mansion with full staff on hand. Chef, maid quarters, personal assistants, etc.... They also had these really cool mini homes for there kids that I found out sell for $12,000-$15,000 they have electric fireplaces, granite counters, flat screen tvs, running water, etc...

I took a pic and will have to upload here. Oh, the home is for sale BTW, $35mill. It has amazing views of the pacific ocean and Catalina if you know of this island of So Cal.

Just thought you guys would enjoy and make mention of your largest home ever.

If I talked about or posted pics of my "biggest" client's home I would be in jail the next day.

Didn't you sign docs that prohibited you from doing so?

They are building 2 new homes in my sub right now. One is 10,000sq. feet and the other is 8000sq. feet. The 10,000 has a half court basketball gym in it.

Nice but I wouldnt want that big.

That is insane! I have done 10,000 sq ft places but that's ridiculous. I can't believe the money people spend on things.

No Mikey. I actually did not meet the owners at all. Just the live in house cleaners, chef, personal assistant, etc... I don't think they would mind us taken outside pics of there home at all though. As I said they are selling it and anybody could drive by and take pics if they could get through the 2 gates as well as the homes own gate. I did ask the assistant if I could go out in the backyard to take a pic of the infinity pool view of into the pacific. Most of these type I meet are happy to Show off there things and give you tours, take pics, etc... People with this much money like to show off! Cars, huge homes, trophy wife's, etc...

@ Adam, I would love an indoor basketball court!

@ Richard, no doubt that is a lot of home in Upstate NY! Actually know there are and I am from original N.J.

I did take some pics of the pool views and a video of the mini kids homes so I will see if I can upload for you guys.

And to be honest this type of home is large and expensive however, this is Southern California and these are all over the place!

we have a neighborhood that ranges from 5 to 10k but some are well over 20k. the homes are large but have lots of stone and wood through out . the biggest i have done in Le Lac is 38,000. it took 5 years to build and i cleaned it before anyone even lived in the house. i do one on the ocean that takes 6 hrs for just the master 1 guest rm and 2 flight of stairs. the master is 125' long from the time you step in and off into the bathroom. and of course all wool and cotton. imported from new zealand. personally i'd rather work for the average joe with carpet every where.

i clean a hall of fame base ball player..a pitcher..

he has a 25000 sqft home.. 11 car garage loaded with crazy stuff.

4 laundry rooms, 15 bedrooms all with full baths a bowling alley a media room (movie theater) massive long hall ways
a memorabilia room that would make you cry..he is super cool and has on occasion played catch with us on the 65 acres he has.
we have to move the truck 4 times to get to all the rooms..the back media room requires us to drive into the back yard and access through the pool house
and that is bigger than my 3000sqft house..and is attached by a breezeway to the main home.

the next biggest one is a 20000sqft home on the ocean guy sold his family business for 500 mil and sits back to chill..everything in his
house is wool..his days worth of cleaning usually comes to 3500.00 he whips out the black amex and smiles like its $20

We haven't made the most $$$$s in the largest house we have serviced but it was 20,000sq' not including the large Double Level Garage. Our largest at one time charges for Residential have been in excess of 10k though these lobs were not the largest houses by any stretch.
