Your screwed. Your supposed to have that within arms reach and if she reports you your done. Not sure what California's fine is but it used to be upwards of 2 grand for EACH missing MSDS sheet. Oh and are you 100% sure it is VOC compliant? Nearly all solvent protectors have been outlawed here in Utah which mimicked the CA voc laws. Larry has your legal team made sure it is VOC compliant in CA and Utah? That's a question not an accusation as a bunch of small chemical manufactures haven't kept up on the recent law changes and have acted like deer in the headlights when I have brought it up. Luckily I can sell what I have left and it will be them that gets in trouble for shipping it in if they don't have the legal right to send it to me.

We have two fine solvents which EXEMPT from CARB VOC regulations in California and national VOC limits.

Ask the "national brand" guys how many they have ? ? ?
