i am considered a hero by many of my customers because of your dye stain remover?
is it wrong of me to smile and take credit for being the best of the best in my customers eyes for getting out spots that 4 other cleaners before me could not get out?
the lady told me during my inspection not to worry about those red spots, they have been played with and messed with with no success at all, not even a little. the lady even told me one of the guys brought in a iron for some reason.. he told her that it worked 50% of the time and she laughed at him..
i told her i would do what i could..blah blah blah i may be set from the past cleaners..etc etc etc..
so when i brought in my iron she looked at me and laughed, shook her head and walked into the other room..after the job was done we did our walk through and when we got to the room with the red spots i stopped her and gave her the rag with the yellow spot in it..she asked what it was and i told her it was her "impossible to remove" red spot..she looked across the room and smiled as she told me i was the best she had ever encountered..
she called her neighbor over to see it and we booked her on the spot..
so thanks for making me the hero with a awesome product that is so easy to use..

Thanks Dave;

We do feel that our unique formulation has some performance advantages over the best selling "red stain remover".

There have been several side-by-side comparisons done against other "red stain products".

Keep up the good work,
and encourage those cheerleaders to tell their friends.

I don't like asking for favors, but Larry graciously pulled me out of a big jam two weeks ago when I called him up and needed a product from him.
Thanks for the help, Larry!

Thanks Tim;

It's always good to have a fabric protection person on the board,

with all the new fabrics that decorators throw at us. :roll:
