That is the grease solvent migrating thru the bottle.

It requires a barrier bottle. We found one that worked thru a full month of testing @ 100 degrees.

Drop tested the cases from 4 feet to concrete.

Thought the problem was solved. Enter UPS shipping . . . they dropped them upside down repeatedly . . .and cracked the bottle neck.

Now we have a new container.

Bane Clene liquids always used metal caps. That surely saved some shipping losses. It sure saved product for us when we occasionally dropped a jug in use.

I like the metal 1 gallon cans WD40 bulk comes in, always hate to throw them away.
