One mile south of us currently...

So ordered the new Butler...

While in Las Vegas... Sitting eating dinner... Homeowners decided to counter our offer only $5000 above our offer... Dang... Now we were in the market!

Kids put their house up for sale Friday wanting to move in here for the property... Their house sold the next day!

We just signed papers. Sitting in insurance office getting insured. Kids moving in tonight after I clean it up!

So the future Saiger's Steam Clean new shop coming up as we transfer the business to our kids in the future!

versa tube structures, check them out for your building. I got a quote for a 35x85ft with 20ft eaves for around $18,000, you assemble yourself. Your quote might be higher being in an area with more snow fall, they base the quote on your location.

we purchased 1.5acres in the seattle density a while back, just cleared the area for the shop location.. gotta save more money though lol its going to cost about 30k all said and done

congrats on the property, 12.8 is pretty big... that would run about 8-10 million around here
