How do you promote these services to your carriage trade.
Word of mouth. Cleaners get a wholesale price.
What is the upholstery tool of choice that your technicians working prefer to use. Seeing has they have one in their had many hours of the week I would value their opinion.
We like the DriMaster, but also use a hydrokinetic and in some cases an open gun and a brush.
What do you use to generate heat and extraction, portable or custom equipment?
For hand cleaning in the plant, we have a "HydraStation" basically an electric truckmount with a natural gas Little Giant for heat. Truckmount vacuum blowers are in the concrete room above the washer to contain noise.
Entrance to Seattle main shop. Pithy saying changes monthly and attracts enough attention to be written about in the Seattle Times.
Customer pick up area. Maiking it a little more retail than a corner of a warehouse makes customers feel more at ease.
Hand repair. This room is next to the customer pick up area and the garage doors can be left open in the summer.
One of the tack-out floor for rugs we want to clean by hand.
Wash floor. Duster on the right, Moore machine on the left, fiberglass soak pit on wheels was built to fit under our take-down table.
Wringer end of the Moore and the smaller of the two rug pits.
Inside the Moore between the scrubber rollers and the wringer.
Rugs in the dry room.
Rug float table in the carpet workroom.
All trucks are identical, with the exception of the commercial trucks that are one-tons with fresh water tanks.
Drop store on the east side of Lake Washington. It has a smaller float table to do edge binding.
