I don't know Steven.
Looks like another plastic, can't stand the every day rigor, let alone surviving the van, vaaccoooom.
I'll take durable, efficient, low maintenance, even if more costly, any day.

check out the sanitare model 8545 I think. or a pile of fresh belts and an 887 isn't a bad way to go either.

I ain't buying any Sanitair vacuum with the round rubber bands that are in the vacuum path. I hate those things!

i doubt I'll buy one though
I have no need for expensive plastic vacs when ones that cost 1/2 as much work just as well or better
