Has anyone here ever hard of this product let alone tried it?

It is made by a company called Worldwide Industrial Enterprises.

The guy on the phone says they send large amounts out to our suppliers and they take it, dilute it and sell it at a higher price under a diferent name. Is there any validity to what he says?
