Lil help from you computer guys...(server URL)

My desktop crashed about a week ago, and I'm trying to put QB on my new computer but it asks for a server URL. Where do I find it?

09' QB Pro I believe...

I'll ask QB tech support, but it looks like 09 quickbooks will not work with windows 7.. If that is what you are running now.

I had to upgrade to QB 2010 when I bought my new lapto and upgraded my desktop.

QB might have an update to get you around it now.. But they did not at the start of this year.

Only QuickBooks 2010 (Pro, Premier, and Enterprise Solutions) is designed to be compatible with Windows 7. You can still install and run QuickBooks 2008 and 2009 on Windows 7, but be aware that you may encounter problems we cannot resolve.

I've got W7 and QB 09 and so far so good.

The windows live email is having some problems with Yahoo mail and even my Prioritycleaner.com mail for some reason. Sometimes people just don't get the email.

Not sure what I can do to fix that.

I'll probably upgrade to QB 11 whenever it comes out.
