No worries... the big difference between Joe and Howard is that Joe actually has marketing content to teach, and Howard just wants to preach.

That was embarrassing. Even the audience looked uncomfortable.

I just would never put that on-line... and it's not like I'm all that great on stage. I haven't had speaker training like Howard has, with all the little speaker tricks and same routines, but at least I come across as a real person... kinda =)

I don't like any audience participation drills, but I'd take the clap drill over the "wake-up" drill at Piranha.

Oh sure, it's fun during the on-stage demo, but when you're working with the cleaner next to you it gets uncomfortable.

Morning meeting cheer LOL!!

Every few months a local carpet and flooring store invites me in to their morning sales meeting and I get to spend some time smoozing. They do some of those wacky exercises and then they sing their company sales song. At first I thought it was weird but they seem to enjoy it and they seem to really bond over it.

...hey, can't knock the guy if I'm not willing to get on stage too - because a lot of people would never be able to do it...

I would be REALLY afraid if Mikey got on stage and said he wanted to do his "THUMB PRESENTATION"... I think everyone would quickly sit down and cross their legs...
