Olson's got em Waldorf.....Tee with a female on one end, male on the other end, and a ball valve leading to a few feet of hose.

Just be careful, Prochem used to supply them with their units until somebody got burned.

We use them on the Butler's and its great for super hot water. Great to have water when you need it as long as you're careful.

I just have an old steam line that is 2 feet long that I cut.. it has a on/off valve.. I just take it off when I don't need to use it.
