I have to clean about 2000 ft. of ceramic tile & grout in a locker room for one of my accounts. Its the small tiles, not sure of the size, maybe 2inch by 3inch or something cloe to that. I did a demo last week and it came out great. They want me to seal the grout. I am going to use cobbs solvent sealer and put it down with a window tool, not sure how to spell it. I wasnt sure if I could then leave it on the tile or should I buff it off with my rotary and a white pad? Or is there a better way to do it? Thanks

I'm not 100 percent sure about the solvent sealers.. ( I don't like to use them following a tile cleaning) But for smaller grout joints, I pore a water based sealer out around the area, use a squeegee to drag the sealer across all the grout lines, let it sit the recommended dwell time (usually 15 to 20 minutes), Wipe up the excess sealer with dry towels, then go over the top with my 175 and a white bad. Importantly don't let it dry on the tile or it will leave a haze/residue.
