How many of you after working pushing and pulling the wand have your elbow kind of lock up on you? Then you have to stretch it out. What else can a person do?

Fred, see if you can get this product over there.

http://www.towers.net.au/shop.asp?id=20 ... iewproduct

It is made in New Zealand, and is brilliant for what you describe.

If you can't get it, and are going to Connections, let me know & I will bring one over for you.

In Cairns, they cost about $15.00 (freight, ha!! )

It is made from the Capsicum plant and gets a bit hot, especially if wet.

DEFINITELY, don't touch any sensitive regions after using it

Nor your eyes, take it from one with a hot ----- argh, we won't go there

Hot nuts?!

They were used for carpet flamability testing, Shorty.

Fred, might also be worth looking at getting into some stretching.

Becomes mandatory in this industry.

My whole arm, shoulder, elbow, wrist you name it was getting worse and worse. Cracks and pops at the elbow and grinding at the shoulder.

See a chiropractor...no one is more skeptical than I and it did wonders.
They can adjust your arm and the adjustment to your spine will help with the nerve endings.
sounded like complete BS to me but my arm doesn't have one issue now...knock on wood.

I've used a green glide for years and my wand technique is decent.

Someone will sling poo, but the 2" wand hurt my hands, elbow, shoulder. So I am back to 1.5" glided wand and a 6' whip. Still great vacuum, dry times and no more soreness.
