Log Me In for Service Monster

Hello,

My husband and I are new to the carpet cleaning business. I have a couple questions I am hoping to get answers for:
1) Do any of you use Service Monster? If yes, how would you rate them?
2) I have a mac. If I use Service Monster, I will need to use logmein. Have any of you used this and if yes, what are your thoughts about it.

I little laptop will cost you maybe $300.00 and you can take that with you into the customers house and email or print out an invoice right there.
You can also let Service Monster calculate the total price so when the customer sees that it was "the computer" that did it...how can they argue with that?

Down load parallels om your Mac and you can also runs windows. That's what idid.

Now if sm could just get updated so we can use our iPad it would be great
