Log Me In for Service Monster

Hello,

My husband and I are new to the carpet cleaning business. I have a couple questions I am hoping to get answers for:
1) Do any of you use Service Monster? If yes, how would you rate them?
2) I have a mac. If I use Service Monster, I will need to use logmein. Have any of you used this and if yes, what are your thoughts about it.

Service Monster is the best thing out there for what they do...been using them almost 2 years.
Signing up with the Full Circle answering service is a really good Idea as well.

Logmein, I've used in the past and was really good with the free version so I would hope the paid version is better.

I would get a PC just for Service Monster...cheap really.

There are a ton of threads on this board about Service Monster. Just type it into the search posts.

I can go on for days about this. !gotcha!
