I've already bitched about it! I listened to Mr. Happy and thought it was going to work on residential. It's a pain in the lower back to push on residential cut piles!

I did get my hole glide for the front glide today and used it on two residential empties this afternoon. It was easier to push and cleans much better than the wand, and it leaves the carpet much drier ... even than my hole glided Ti wand.

So, this is not a total bitch.

what size zipper did you get? did it come with the straight tube with T handle or bent tube with "wand" like handle? did you have to pay extra for the holed glide?
