Landed our first town home complex of 250, referred to me by my new tech. I have never really priced low enough to land this type of work however these appear to be nice properties so I dropped way down to 1-BR=79 2-br=89 3-br=$99 so basically add on a set of stairs and LR/Dr to each. This is honesty as low as I care to go but the good news is they pay additional for spots, urine areas, stretching and patches. Of course water emergencies are extra with hourly rate from shop with standard charges for any dehu's and fans. Also we will get a minimum of 2 per trip.

oh, I almost left out the very BEST PART! Any invoices submitted by Wed will be paid on that FRI (get out of town!)and now maybe I can start getting that 2nd truck on the road this summer
