Looking at some of Loren's old pics; & couldn't help but think how much like the Zipper, his old drag tool looked.

Is that a portable? It looks like a tm installed in a living room.
If you go to www.deltasteamway.com and click on the Rochester Steam Way page you will see another drag wand but a 6 jet 18 inch one instead of a 4 jet 12 inch. The front is low and the jets are angled rather than perpendicular to the carpet. It was only a one way tool rather than a two way like the zipper. The glide on the zipper makes that possible.
The Steam Way 400 was one of the original steam machines. $5000.00 in 1970, a good years salary for most.
Kind of like the sx-15

Loren, how many jobs are you cleaning a week these days?
I don't care to have more than a couple in a day anymore. Just had one job yesterday but it was a 6000 square foot house. Took me all day. Too much for me to keep that pace. We turned down a couple jobs this week that I could have done but just didn't want to work that hard. I should retire, eh?
congrats!
How old again?
Didn't see one for sale.
I will be 66 in September, old enough to start collecting social security.
Loren........I started social security at 62......just incase I don't make it to 66! I'm quite pleased at what I'm getting, and my wife gets 1/2 of what I'm getting. Life is good!!
I just gotta be careful of how much I make this year, next, up till 66.
