Yes, it’s that time again. Where my vacuum implodes and I’m forced to replace it. I pay extra for the extended warranty and its worth every penny. This time the head snapped off. I was vacuuming and all of a sudden the plastic started cracking and falling apart.

Where the vacuum sits in my van, the HF drips on it. I need to put a tennis ball 🎾 over the hf tip to catch the drips.

The new one works and looks excellent. I have an extended 3 year warranty. I wonder if it will make it.

The main roller doesn’t clog unless it’s a super long piece of weave. The front roller will get some junk in it but it’s easy to clean. The whole thing is easy to clean.

Does NOT pick up staples in a commercial setting. The canister/dust cup thing is very small. The ‘lift away’ feature works good, BUT, is cumbersome. It runs quiet, it has lots of suction, so long as you keep the canister empty, and the filter clean. It’s a decent value for the money, but I don’t see it lasting 5-10 years like my Proteam did….
Probably a good pigsty vac….
Save the the expensive one for high end residential, and prevac for commercial BEFORE using VLM…

Just get the warranty. My proteam also was a piece of junk. Got tired of having to order parts and fix it myself, also the bags are super small and it clogs all the time and is a pain in the ass to clear out. So, get a shark and just return it when it breaks. Simple.
