I got into the Rug Sucking game 3 years after my last appearance in front of him. He did treat me very fair. No alimony, and he rubber stamped OK on a post decree motion I filed years later to get a better arrangement.

No lawyer involved. She never signed for her certified letter of notice of court date. It came back to me, I show it to the Judge, he says "Oh, she does not like to get her mail." I had 10 changes of situation listed on the motion. 5 kind of crazy items I expected to be thrown out. One of them being "Right of First Refusal". In English that means if my kiddos were to be with anyone other than her, she had to ask me if I wanted my kids first. By law, she could not even drop them off at her mums without asking me!
