Could be "sticky' if the leads are not pre-qualified in any way.

You might want to require them to be a homeowner and be present at the time of cleaning.

It will avoid a lot of problems.

IE: One room in move out apartments or cleaning when just the neighbor or child lets you in to clean the one room.


You could test by having them all be winners and they contact you.

Instead of having the extra step of the mailing where it could likely end up in the round file.

(I put 2/3 or my mail in the trash on the way to the door.)

Add only one free room within a 12 mo period.

Limit time offer.

Only x free rooms accepted by your company per month.

Stuff like that..


Might be more productive.

Re-ask the pre qualifying questing when you reserve their appointment.

Too many free rooms. Move them into the next month or 2 and mix them in with your regular work.
