Customer called, says her mattress has been in the attic for storage. She had mold issues and the mold remediation man suggested having the mattress steam cleaned to remove possible mold spores.
I have sporicidan that says can be used on pretty much anything except I dont see anything about using it on uph or mattresses. Will sporicidian be safe for a mattress? (Close to inhallation) Im thinking if there are mold spores, wouldnt it grow deeper than I can clean?
Id feel better telling her to add the replacement of the mattress to the loss claim if shes covered. I dont want to sell her a sense of relief and have the mold attack her later on down the road.
