Sorry to hear that. Always hard to lose a good employee. You invest all that time in someone and then off they go. You have to have more of a hardened attitude towards them I think. They're here to make you money and ease your workload. Hire and fire until you find the right ones.

I NEVER use a zipper on resi. It's like pushing a truck up a hill.

Back in my Jan San days I had guys just not show up at night for accounts they were doing solo even after checking in to say they arrived

Not a fun call in the morning when the customer arrives to a dirty building


Always be hiring, cause nearly everyone leaves eventually

New Osmo 3. Really like it. Lots more options than the DJI Osmo 2 I had just got not too long ago... Then here comes a better model
