Is that the source of the crawl space moisture you asked about? Did you guys ever install a moisture barrier of black plastic?

Y’all at east removed the water in the bucket and some one placed some dehumidification in that room?

Nobody had a quat?

What's the drainage system look like outside? Is it carrying rain water far enough away from the foundation? Those walls look more like seepage from the foundation than the bucket overflow.

Is there an air return in that space? That room should probably have a critical barrier put up to separate any contaminated air from the living space. Negative air in that room if it can be ducted would also keep the contamination to that room.

someone knew about it , or they wouldn't of placed a bucket in there
(to let overflow and forget about)
and they called in "real contractors" to determine and fix the leak and mold hole???

There may have been some clueless monkeybutts looking at it
But I'm not buying that NONE of them had any recommendations to correct

something smells on this one....and it ain't just mold..
