I know the guy in this ad......very successful multi-truck operations, plus he is a PC distributor. A large % of repeat custys. I know he gives SS down the street a run for their money....if not better. I'm quite sure each of his crews offer upsells....just part of the business. He went from a cleaning tech from another big company to owner of this multi-truck business.....all IICRC certified. I'd like to have his income, but not the headaches of running a multi-truck business.

I could go and work for him, but I'd have to give up my business.....and sign a no-compete.

With a good assistant, I could do them all day long. With a Everest 650, I can always dual wand to recoup time, if needed. My truck alone did $125,000 last year.

Upselling is easy when my assistant can do uph/teflon/deo while I clean rooms. I also do restretches/repairs while my assistant cleans. It's all about teamwork, baby.

And yes, Bob is a good boss. :)
