This was tool I was using today. Had to defrost the so called "frost free" tap to get the water running.
Damn Jerry I hope the damage is minimal.
I've been using the pork hole and closing the van up. I'm really happy with this set up.

Loops on both ends then all you do is attach the cord on the balcony and throw it over for the person down below to attach the hoses and pull them up instead of carrying your big hose up the steps. I have been using the para cord for years now and it has saved many a trip back down the steps to hookup the hose I just threw back down.Got away with not having to drag hoses through the deep snow in the back of this facility.
2 Apartments across hall from each other. Watched for the little elderly people... Moved hose as needed...
