Got called out to a new construction mold problem today.
4 story hotel. They have framed it and have the plywood walls up. There is decking but no roof. We've had a ton of rain. It's wet in the whole building and mold on the framing pretty much all over.
Thoughts on remediation and drying?

Come on Chavez! You wouldn't take it? Let's say that payment was guaranteed on completion.

What would be your system?
I was thinking chemical pressure wash/extract/dry

That enough?

I don't trust payment upon completion. Give me half to start or keep walking.
I have material costs involved. If I get burned at least I have labor & materials covered and I'm only out profit.

Ice or Soda blast would work best. Ice would be the fastest but more expensive for materials. It can also rough up the wood if not careful.
Soda is more gentle on the wood but you have cleanup of the soda after shooting it.
