My 11 year old son running the hoss 700

He has ran the rx20 HE quite a bit. This was his first time using the Hoss (mine too) When it's slow and I have some rentals that won't mind I turn him loose. The hoss without glides is a bit aggressive but he's getting the hang of it. My dad taught each of us to run a 175 scrubber when we were his age. I think I busted some Sheetrock when I was learning so the next generation might have a bit more talent than I did.

When my son was 11 he worked for me some. I did not let them work much for me at first. My youngest really liked it. I made him get a job elsewhere when he was 15. He needed experience with other bosses besides me.

Best thing I ever did was make him put half his wages into his college fund....
