Questions for Reita..

Is this safe on natural/ delicate upholstery fibers like unrefined white cotton, linen, rayon and wool? Can it be left to dry or must it be rinsed and neutralized on fabrics?

How is it on black top oils and grease?

Can it be boosted with a citra solve? ( and hwe'd rinsed)?

Would it be safe to say this product is like Procyon with a peroxide kick?

What sort of resouling testing have you performed?

Do you recommend it as a leave behind spotter for home owners?

How is it on tile, stone and grout?

Would you call it " Organic" , "Eco", "All Natural", " Green" or "Earth Friendly"?

Thanks for the generous supply...Ill use it soon at my home

It's safe on any fabric that isn't adversely affected by water. It has a neutral pH so no neutralizing is necessary. Because of the nature of upholstery, the faster it dries, the better, it doesn't have to be rinsed.
We've had great success on traffic areas in trailer parks, which is primarily black top oil.
No need to boost with a citra solve, although it can be hwe'd rinsed. Our products are compatible with water-based additives, NOT solvent-based products.
No peroxide, so it's really nothing like procyon.
Real world testing has proven itself over and over again. Once we break down whatever is in the carpet, it stays cleaner, longer, because we don't leave any soil attracting residues.
Yes! Home owners, especially those with pets, LOVE it!
For a general cleaner, it is surprisingly effective on grout, but REQUIRES 20 minutes dwell time.
All natural, green, earth friendly, all terms that describe this product. So much so, that we say: "Clean...beyond green!" (tm)
Feel free to call Jeff any time with specific questions - he can give you the complete scoop and tips!

There's peroxide in procyon?
Sorry, no, I read Mike's question wrong. I saw the question about being like procyon with a peroxide kick and just wanted to be sure to explain there is no peroxide in our product.
I think you are correct that procyon is STPP.
You could call us Alka-Seltzer with attitude though.

I like the fact that you say it works on pet stains.

Why does it come in a pre measured pak? doesn't that make it more expensive?

Rieta, can the ready to use product be routed through a pressure washer pump (such as our Truckmounts)?
If yes, can it also be heated and heated to high temps that we use? 180-220 degrees? 220+ ?
If yes, have any operators noted it degrading the metals we have in our machines?

It comes in a powder and the chemicals don't naturally homogenize. We pre-measure each ingredient to ensure the proper formulation at all times. If you mix up four or five gallons in a container, the cleaner is available to be used over the next year. Each case at $110 makes 100 gallons of cleaner, so it is actually very economical.

It's basically a low-temperature cleaner, room temperature being optimum. Over 160 degrees you lose efficiency, it won't clean as wide a spectrum as before. You would use an unnecessary amount of cleaner if you ran it through the truckmount, better as a pre-spray. We use all brass fittings in our system and have never had a problem.

The late Shawn Forsythe always said that citric acid would dry sticky. And is not the preferred acid to use in a HWE rinse.

Rietta at least you will send a sample not unlike that Ivan guy from Procyon.
And yes I filled out his form on his website for a sample.
