Carper protector- Dupont teflon ( almost out and Im gonna try a few others such as Hardball, Vacaway etc)
leather cleaning- Leather masters
Tile and grout- Prochem cleaner and Floor stripper here local

Thats my arsenal I have tweaked in the last 3 months.......been very happy with the new stuff.

Good choices, Curtis. I tend to use most Chemeisters products, i.e. Grease Eraser for both residental and commercial applications in various dilutions. For wool carpets and rugs and most upholstery I will use Preaction. For deodorizing or when I want a quaternary ammonium product, I will use their Proliminator, although it doesn't indicate a quat on the package, it has one.
Also for those occasions when a customer has dumped alot of foamy, soapy product on the carpet I will spray down their Rinse Master, which will instantly dissolve the soap and make it rinse easily.

A good enzyme for cleaning and deodorizing is Certified Enzyme Prespray.

And for one step hack style cleaning you can't beat Geniecare Deluxe Superclean as your emulsfier.
