I don't know any cleaners in the San Fransisco, and I don't travel that far. He needs a good licensed and bonded cleaner for vacant properties San Fransisco and surrounding areas.

I used to own the Steam Team for 20 years, split with my partner and opened my new company- Expert Clean & Green.
Been doing this for twenty years with many satisfied clients.
Only problem is:This Tuesday March 31st I am leaving for a two weeks vocation.(I don't think the house sitter will take on carpet cleaning.)
If your realtor is looking for someone who is dependable and that will provide excellent cleaning results (not the cheapest) I'll be delighted to take care of them.
