Mysterious Green Stain Appeared

View attachment 3905 As soon as I passed over this area, out of nowhere with no warning comes this green monster .. I see all kinds of creams and crap on the dresser on the left .. I go down and notify Mrs C that a green discoloration appeared during the cleaning .. I "suggested" it may be one of the many products sitting on the dresser that could have caused this .. shes like , Oh, ok, the girls arent to careful up there .. good enough for me..

Oh .. sorry .. not trying to be mean .. I do feel bad for him .. I'm so upset the customer is trying to take advantage of him .. I just happen to have this happen today and wanted to express how important it is to point out everything to the customer before they find it ..

Yep.
The few minutes you'll spend on inspecting, documenting, explaining and having them sign prior to the cleaning, the less trouble you'll have.
