Finally got a couple sets.

fact findings...

They thread onto new and old hose very nice. Goop will be needed to keep them on tight.
Mate well with some Cool Cuffs, all depends on wear levels.
Swivel feature was very well executed.
$3.99 each!
O rings didn't even make it into the first job, fell right off.
Not needed any ways.
No lock needed, when new anyways.
Comes in a nifty collectible box

The actual flash cuffs the male and female are great. Its the starter cuff, and some of the reducers that were made incorrect. But seeings when you buy new cuffs you want to buy a complete set, starters, reducers, ect and switchover, you're not able to do that with the flash cuff at this time.

I like the cuff lynx as well, the swivel is very nice.

I been using my flash cuffs this week and love them. Like said before the reducers dont work at all... not sure how they messed that up so bad. What I did was use cool cuff reducers and they worked out great. I put all my old cool cuffs up for sale if anyone wants them some of them never even saw the truck.

what in the world is shoe goop, and where do you buy it.

in the adhesive/glue section of any well stocked hardware store and every Lowes or HD

It doesn't have to "Shoe" Goop..any of the Goop's will work.
Just look for Goop..that's the name of it.

It's very similar to silicone , cause that's a major part of the formula

Screwing those cuffs together with both o rings on will give you arthritis anyways. I put a dab of goop in the track for the second o ring and spun the o ring around. This keeps it on.

I hope I can rip that seal off.

Totally NOT needed and most likely will make it real hard to close 100%

Here are the Cuff Lynx with the new molded seal. Being molded on they are bonded to the actual part instead of streched on like the standard "O" ring. They will be available shortly.

Mated they seem real long, longer than cool cuffs.
They look like they would not roll real tight to the reel on the inner hoses?

Saw a set in person a couple of weeks ago.

I got my flash cuffs last week but have yet to put them into use.

Very observant. Those are both swivels. It only needs to be one swivel and a solid. It would be shorter than.

Hi Jimmy, this was from a previous post that you may have missed. Mytee's Cuff Lynx are not any longer than any others and in some cases shorter.

Doug,

The set you bought has the shorter male connector. There are male connectors that also have a swivel as well making them longer, where this problem could happen.

The male coupler with the swivel is meant to be used when you're using a reducer(2-1.5 & 2-1.25) This is so that it still swivels and doesn't get coiled up as the reducers do not swivel themselves.
