He does have a suggested price and a $99 minimum.

Looks like a non threatening way to get prospect information and they will be eager to answer the phone when you call them back to negotiate.

I could see how it could work. If the price is ridiculous you can tell the client to take a walk.

Although I hate price marketing. I had four jobs call in this morning and none of them asked about price.
