Been vacant for years.. It’s a central location, making it easy to get on the freeways to go either direction.. I’ve watched that property as well.. It’s wayyyyyy over priced for what it is and where it’s located but like the rest of the real estate market..
It’s very close to the projects, chronics, drug houses.. I’d put as much warehouse on it as you could, 2 full story..
Locals are getting priced out of their home.. House flippers aren’t making it any easier.. Some of it is locals screwing over other locals.. But the major problem is the Asian and mainland investors who don’t do business in Hawaii other than buying property and running illegal air b-n-b, not paying taxes etc..
I’d run multiple businesses out of it if it were me..
