This may not be nothing new to most of you, but it is to me.

I had to remove like a hundred red stains today

I got to try my little wall paper steamer. It worked good. We also used a plain iron.

There was also some gum in the carpet. I put some gel on the gum spots, covered them with a towell, and hit them with the iron for a minute. They came out effortlessly.

Like I said that may not be a good tip, but it works.

If your TM has the heat, the gum will come out. A drop of solvent spotter just to lube up the sticky gum. It tends to stick to my glide.

We've used the wallpaper steamer to losen up big candle wax spills too....it works really good. I am not talking about a couple of small spots....big like the whole candle spilled on the carpet. It will losen candy and also take deep dents out of carpets too.

What about the colored candle waxes. ??

The wax is the easy part, how do YOU remove the color. ??

I have used Red Relief with good results to remove the color of candle wax.

What I like about a steamer is that no towel is needed.

For several spots I use 2 B&D wallpasper strippers/steamers and rotate them.

I would never use an iron anymore.
