I think it will be first week of July. Can't give many details as there are confidentiality agreements in place. But--a restaurant will be closing down for about 3 days...in that timeframe there will be ALOT of cleaning that needs to be done. Some challenging surfaces laden with grease...wood stairs, brick, kitchen tile and walls.
Anyway, I have been charged with getting a competent, qualified person in that area to take this on.
