Need a little help on commercial carpet?

We just did a job for a church that needed their carpets dried quickly after cleaning, so one of my guys used a Drimaster for the job.....mistake! It did a great job cleaning but left the patent Drimaster swirl patterns. Does anyone have suggestions on getting the swirl patterns out of commercial grade carpet?

I would call ethical services. Should have groomed it before it dryed.

reclean then post pad.

light mist/post bonnet, then groom.

I have made that same mistake. On some commercial carpet the swirls will be there when they dig it out of the landfill 10,000 years from now if you dont fix it. Mist it then pad or op and groom. Then train your techs to watch out for the dreaded Swirlies. I sold my RDM. Woodsey
