The short of the story is we are running 2 crews and they currently use the 16" evolution wands which I am not a fan of. I need to upgrade the wands to something better. Is the 14" Devastator the go wand right now or would you get something different for employee use? I have it narrowed down from all the reading I have done on here to the following 4 wands. 14" Devastoator, 14' TMF, 14" Sapphire SS and yes the 14" Joe Bristor wand. Any help would be great and remember these will be used by employees. Thanks.

What don't you like about the 16-in evolution?

If it's just the chattering and potentially poor vacuum on certain situations maybe a greenglide would change your mind It's a very rare employee that I would give a $1,400 wand to

I think the 14” sapphire is too short for tall people. I’m 6’5” and my back was tired after cleaning one room.

I currently use the prochem titanium which is longer.

I am just not impressed with how well they clean. Also don't care for the 6 jet setup or the glide.

I know in another post that you mentioned there were possibly 2 other wands that were close to the Devastator but with less features. What other 2 would you recommend for my situation?

The Sapphire and 12s and 14 are pretty much indestructible without any headlights vibrating brushes swivels windows soil and moisture detectors and orthopedic grips and if they don't know any better go that route or the Prochem titanium.

My chimps beat the shit out of our swivel wands and it drives me nuts
I am really looking for the best cleaning and something durable. How's the cleaning performance on the sapphire 14" SS wand and I assume you sell the best slot glide for it?

Both sapphire wands clean 99% as well as the devastators they're just missing them two nifty features..

The stock glide that comes with them is made by PMF and is good enough to wear out then try one of ours which will make them a little easier to push

I absolutely love my 12 inch sapphire. In case you haven’t been around here the last couple weeks.

It’s very expensive, but they hit the sweet spot in several areas.

When I get my new machine, I’ll probably add the bigger Sapphire to my truck.

by then you'll be so used to the 12-inch the 14 will feel like you're cleaning with the telephone pole..

I would only use the 14 inch on big open areas, or the occasional job that just needs high flow.

But you are probably right, would take up space for the most part.

With all the recent purchases by people wanting a better wand there must be a lot of wands around collecting dust. Consider used for $200-$400.
I usually don't pay more than $100 for a used wand. There usually is work needed to be done on them. Valve repair, jet or line replacement, etc. I would pay more for a Devastator though.
