Need help finding chem line

Today the pressure line broke on my chemical injection. Its the line that goes from the pump to the truck-mount chem flow meter. What happened was it was leaking/ spraying out of the threads at the pump. So I went to tighten it with a wrench, oops it broke.

I could probably get one made at my local hydraulic shop, but it would be nice if I could just order one since I need to place an order for new solution line anyway.

Today I went to the hydraulic hose repair shop armed with two cases of bribe beer of assorted IPA’s. The shop has a minimum of $175 but the beer helps get around that. Plus these guys like helping out the owner operator types. So I went in with my broken chem injection line and also 150’ solution line where the crimp ripped through the hose. They gladly took the cases of beer and fixed my hoses for $30.

I’m back up and running.

You need to update that chem pump to the new high pressure chemical pump. Way less of a headache than that shut off knob

I've never had an issue with my pump. 3400 hours going strong.
