need help with a bid

I have to bid 40,000 sq ft of carpet (probably, will cimex most of it) and 80,000 sq ft of concrete to clean. This is in Orange County Ca.

How often will you be cleaning the facility?

The building is empty, It has been for a year and has just been sold.

How many techs/machines will be on site?
I am a one man squad ( will probably get cleaners with experience to help) and rent a rider floor scrubber for the concrete

How often will you be cleaning the facility?
One time

What kind of shape is it in currently?
I will look at it next week

How bad do you want the job?
If it can be profitable, I want it.
