I just cleaned a wool chines rug in my Shop and I wish if I didn't. Here is what I did. I vacuumed it first, then soaked with cold water. I mixed some bridgePoint wool shampoo and used a slow spaeed to shampoo the rug. After that I rinsed the rug and used my TM to extarct. As it dried I can see the orange color bleening, and I can see the wand tracks on the rug. Any advice on how I can fix this will be greatly appriciated. Also if you know where I can attend rug cleaning classes.

Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Pics would help- are you sure it is wool? Rarely see handknotted chineze rugs bleed. Perhaps a rayon tufted?? For wand marks re-wet and groom

Here is a pic. I'm sure it's wool.

Take it to a rug shop and see if they can fix it for you.
