I use Sendoutcards.com.
After a job is invoiced, I immediately send out a personalized thank you card. In my handwriting with my signature. Then I schedule a 6 month and 12 month reminder card for re cleaning.
If I know their birthday I schedule a card to go out to them for that as well. I also schedule a card to be sent on a few of the major holidays.
All with the click of a mouse and they receive real printed cards in the mail. So basically my follow up for the whole year is done at the time of invoicing. Except for monthly specials.
