Just finished some testing on our new Hi-Lift Breeze Extractor.

It has a ported vac manifold with new two Hi-AirWatt 3-Stage Vacs.

Re: New Breeze Hi-Lift Extractor

Larry;

The Breeze w/two 3-stage vacs & 500 PSI pump is only 86 lbs.

This has a modified vac system.

Larry

P.S. Burtz - you bring the Oreck,
and I'll test the hold of the 14# ball over your toes.

Re: New Breeze Hi-Lift Extractor

Nate;

The mods were:

1. Porting the vac manifolds for more airflow

2. Special Dual 3-Stage vac motors with 148" lift & 110 CFM each.
(configured in series)

If you get a chance, add an air hog and 100 ft 2 inch and pick that bowling ball with a popsicle stick breaking the suction laid flat under one side of the cuff. You might have to add a second air hog to do it, and even with 4 3 stages it may not pick 14 lbs. If you can pick that ball at a 100 ft with broken suction, you've got a hell of a strong setup.

Larry,

Why are using the 148" instead of the 154"?

John;

So that the vacs can operate in series, on a 15 amp circuit,

with the 2.8amp pump motor.

We are also testing another vac motor.

The 17" hg does test your recovery tank strength.

Larry

P.S. The 154" is what we use in the AirHog 8)

Larry, the hose and cuff look a little cobbled up.
How about a nice 90 with some rubber connector boots or something?

Kevin;

The important flow parameter is the hose and connector going over the vac motor outlet and manifold inlet.

Steve;

The only tank under vacuum, is the grey round recovery tank.

I agree. Any Dist. that will put his own spin on a machine to give the PCC's a wonderful choice, and what he feels is better, I think is a credit to the industry. I think it goes above and beyond the call of duty. Good job Larry.
