They're a couple of friends of mine.

The guy playing HWE is Michael Hopkins.
Michael is our part-time driver and warehouse man.

The guy playing Encap is Brian Dugger.
Brian's wife (Brenda) works for us on the phones.
Brian is also the guy eating carpet on our home page. ---
