New floor cleaner

This is new to me. Spartan has a floor cleaner called Sure step it is a no rinse product, 2 oz per gal it say just spray and mop. Leave on floor 5 mins. for dwell time. The liquid eats grease. The Sure step is very safe it does say not to rinse but Iwant to leave a clean dry floor. Has anyone used the item , please let me know. Thank you jz.

Thank you for the info Ithought I could use it on residental but not many floor drains in homes, I ,ll save it for the resturants . Thank you jz.
