I really wanted to lurk for a while but I tried using the "search" function and it's not letting me search. So, I assume this is a function of my newbiness and having zero posts. Hopefully if I post a little the search function will open up.
As stated, I am new to the forum. I am not a carpet cleaning service provider, rather a product developer for the industry. My goal is to help you business owners drive sales, cut costs, innovate, and better service your customers. I do not sell anything at the current time but our team is working on developing turn-key solutions. Before we can help you all be more successful, we need to better understand you, your businesses, and what drives you and your customers. And that is why I am lurking!
