We are now not the "AA" Team (Aron and Austin)

We are the "A through Z" Team (Aron and Zach)

We scheduled extra time to visit and get to know him yesterday.

My wife, Aron, Myself (and our youngest Grandson Parker of 7 months)

offered him coffee...had good conversation....he just fit in!

He had a slight cough come on... my wife is the mother hen of all of us and gets a bag of cough drops from cupboard by the sink.

After we are done and getting ready to head out cleaning, he politely get's up as we are prepping to go...

Brings his coffee cup to the sink, rinses it and puts in the dish washer...

and puts the bag back in the cupboard where the cough drops came from!

If you don't know how to make a women happy and comfortable, you should take lessons from this guy.....but it is not fake...it is just his personality...no pretend!

On the job...incredibly thorough! Vacuum and crevice clean not as slow as Werner, but wanting to get out what he can and prep well.

Can run the Zipper....can wand (will take more time like others but he is no slouch)

He stuck around at the end of the day to help and Learn end of the day procedures...

AND....

Said "Thank you for hiring me"....

No....Thank you Zach for joining us!

Very good character study. Meeting someone in a relaxed situation tells you things you can't learn from a resume, or ask in an interview.

Sometimes it takes a few months, once "the thrill is gone", to really know how an employee will fit in with your team, but this guy seems like a good find!

We just had relaxed morning meeting again

Again, puts his cup away... Easy fun conversation...

He is excited to go out working again today.

Aron and him have great chemistry together when in the room.

Two young men that not overpowering but you can tell there to be helpful and make your cleaning experience comfortable and enjoyable.

Exciting at this moment to see them together and in a Saiger's uniform.

Pinch myself feeling so lucky...

One thing that Dave Ramsey mentions in his book "Entreleadership" is before hiring an employee take them to dinner with the family to get a feel for their personality and to find out if there may be anything in their life that could hinder job performance. Dave runs a company with over 500 employees that has been voted best place to work in Nashville for many years. If you haven't read his book you should. Probably one of the best books about running a small business I have ever read.

Congrats on the new hire!

Today we had time to stop for a bite to eat.

Not always common but lucky day.

We were talking and finishing up...

Zach starts to pick up the table as we are getting ready and bussing things to disposal and put little sandwich holders in their place at Subway.

I grabbed a pic.

The guy is a doer and just really what we have been waiting for.

Taking care of people. Courteous in the home.

The clients already love him.
