I got the new go payment swiper... I must say it is much nicer than squares.. This one has a carrying case..... I do like it because you can put it around your neck and have it ready. Since you can not leave anyone of them plugged in without using.. The square just stays in my pocket getting lost...

They are both free.. Go payment has another swiper (not free) thats bluetooth and a bluetooth printer as an option..

I carry my square reader in my aluminum clip board.

Have you swiped with it yet?

Most cards I run with square need multiple swipes it get it to read the card.

Does go to payment have weekly caps?

Looks good. How quick were the shipping out the reader and getting you set up?

I got the reader in 4 days.. It swips a little bit easier because its longer... You have to keep the card level if not it wont read it. Square is a little harder because its not as wide. Once you get use to square you dont have any problem.. NOW......... If you are using square on a phone thats not approved you will be getting multiple swipes.. BTW you can use whatever swiper you want they both work with each program

Makes sense.

I use an iPhone with an otterbox case. Are there clearance issues?

Does intuit cap your weekly pay put?

If I exceed my weekly limit square keeps overage for 30 days.

They have raised it from when I 1st started using it.

I have always used gopayment but when i switched to the free version they said $1,000 a month. That cant be right i think he meant a week.. The case may do that. I just think all the swipers are buggy for real.

Intuit has some cool features...but their templets still suck. Not to mention the site freezes a lot.

I have square for my droid and I only have to swip it once. I also sent them an e mail asking them to remove the $1000 a week limit and they did.

(not that I ever take more than $1k in CC a week but I have HIGH HOPES)
